I believe the MSI Afterburner might be conflicting with AMD adrealin, leading to the AMD Timeout error. I intend to use AMD Adrenalin with radeon chill to manage temperatures. I'm looking into Speccy and wondering if there are other options for monitoring monitor temperature during gaming.

The top choice for tracking all sensor data, including CPU, graphics card, memory, storage, motherboard, and network adapters, is HWinfo. Install it, select the "Sensors only" setting, and you'll have comprehensive monitoring. Speccy works but is outdated and rarely updated, making it less popular among enthusiasts today, though it can still be useful for certain users. www.hwinfo.com

I was with you until you mentioned not wanting more enthusiast content? What did you mean by that?

What about keeping an eye on things while gaming? I have an AMD video card, and it seems that Arlin and MSI afterburner don't work well together. I'm trying to fix the AMD timeout error. I already had my video card inspected and they said there was nothing wrong with it. I just replaced my power supply recently. One of my hard drives failed completely, and now I only have the memory left. I'm planning to test that memory to see if it's faulty. They gave me another card, but it's behaving the same way. So the only other possibility I can think of is...

There are various options to check and fix system performance.
Begin with:
Task Manager
Resource Monitor
Process Explorer (Microsoft, free)
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysint...s-explorer
Monitor one tool at a time to carefully observe gaming performance.
Maintain the tool window open to track changes.
Alternatively, use Reliabilty History/Monitor and Event Viewer to identify errors.
Take your time, stay systematic, and record your observations.
