Received the game with full settings enabled, running at 1920x1080 and around 40 fps—unexpected for a high-end Vega 64.

Other options also function properly, isn't it? It seems the SIM 4 model is the one experiencing issues.

Sure, other titles also perform well. I play GTA at near maximum settings and maintain a steady 80-90 frames per second.

Could be unique to Sims4. Not a game I play. May have performance problems. Vega64 was a rare card at first and is no longer used.
