You might not require 4tb right away. A 1tb could cover OS, software, and general use, while a 2tb would handle games.
You probably don’t need a 990 pro for gaming; a 980 pro class card is sufficient.
For the 4070ti, 850W would be enough—1000W is a bit excessive.
6000mhz CL32/34 would also work. Intel isn’t too strict compared to Ryzen.
You might face challenges with the CL30 compared to higher CL numbers. It seems you prioritized optimal performance during gameplay.
