Checking for the latest Rainbow Six Siege patch details.
I usually use my laptop with either Steam or Uplay running open. Sometimes I play, other times just keep it open for future updates. Tonight I’m wrapping up a school assignment and Steam is pulling a 22.4 GB update for Rainbow Six... What’s that about? I thought it was a single-player campaign. The DLC adds only new characters. A 22.5 GB version would mean tons of maps. Anyone else have downloaded something this large? And before you ask, yes, I’ve played it too. We all played it three nights ago—this is pretty strange for me.
The latest version named "Operation White Noise Update" has just been launched.
Yes, but despite the earlier changes, it hasn't grown that much—around a third of the current scale. That makes me really interested in what's happening.
The official release details are available, though I've noticed several updates reaching around 15GB in size.
The UHD texture pack has been downloaded successfully, along with the accompanying map. Everything appears to be in order.
Operation white noise is now available; it matches my previous version because we both enjoy smoother sounds.
