Hey, I've been using my PC for more than four years now. It's powered by an Intel 8500, DDR4 8x2 at 3200mhz and an AMD RX 590. I've decided it's time to upgrade. I've put together my own build, with a system for myself, my sisters, and two friends. The new one is going to be quite expensive, at least for me, and I don't want any issues because I previously caused a bottleneck. I'll list the components I plan to use and welcome any suggestions.
Motherboard - Gigabyte B660 GAMING X (DDR5)
CPU - Intel Core i5 13400F / 1700
CPU Cooling - Corsair Water Cooling H100i Elite Capellix White
GPU - Gigabyte RTX 4060 GV-N4060AERO OC-8GD
Memory - Corsair Vengeance 16x2 5200 mhz DDR5
Case - Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB TG Case White
PSU - A 650W Corsair PSU, sourced from my current PC
Storage - 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200, a SATA powered 512GB SanDisk SSD (a bit average), both from my old machine. I also plan to add an NVMe M.2 SSD, though I'm not sure yet. Recommendations will be considered!

The motherboard features two M.2 ports, one of which supports PCIe 4.0. It might be worth using an NVMe 4.0 drive; it's not a major upgrade over 3.0, but I think it would be a good idea. Do you have a strong inclination toward liquid cooling for any reason? The total cost of the items you mentioned is quite affordable, isn't it?
Not really a fan of liquid cooling, actually it's my first experience setting up a water-cooled system. I searched for a fan that matched the white look of my build and worked well, but couldn't find one that met my needs, so I chose the Corsair AIO. The total cost of the items listed here comes to around 1150 dollars.
