An update was released for my GPU, which removed nVidia Surround. This made me think about removing all GPU drivers in Safe Mode using DDU, then reinstalling the latest driver from Nvidia's support site through an elevated command. Check if this restores the surround feature. I'm currently using driver version 552.44 and see the option for Surround available.

I have no problems with nVidia Surround. I'm just wondering if any third-party applications offer superior FOV adjustments.
