Checking for a suitable gaming laptop within those price ranges.
I’m looking for a laptop for college. I already own a PC, so it’s not essential, but I want one that works well in class without splitting my setup with my brother. I need something capable for gaming and reliable for the long term, so I don’t want to upgrade to an iGPU unless possible later.
I’m in Ukraine, and I should be able to find most popular models online from various sources. The approximate time to buy is 1-3 months or even faster. My budget is around $750 to $800, ideally under $850, but I’d prefer something cheaper near $650 if possible.
My main needs are rendering and coding, with a focus on gaming—especially Minecraft with shaders and Fortnite. I also want something decent for 3D and video work. I’m open to different brands and I don’t mind the size or price.
I dislike Nvidia but seem limited to a few Intel options. I’m not too concerned about the price, as long as it’s reasonable. If I suspect something isn’t right, I’d consider it, even if it pushes my budget.
Some people mention the Arc A530M as a good alternative, though benchmarks don’t back it up. I’m also aware of a sale happening soon and would appreciate any suggestions around $650 with an integrated GPU. I usually run on an Intel i3 12100 without a dedicated card, and it meets my requirements perfectly. I’m unsure about the budget and can’t find anything better at that cost.
Thank you for any help!
I have an ASUS TUF F15, and I'm really satisfied with it. It performs exceptionally well, has a great appearance, and offers solid battery life.
