Checking device support for the latest chipset
Hi, I have the rog extreme AM5 board ready for testing with x3d CPUs. I'm wondering if these G.Skill RAM modules are functioning properly on this platform using the expo profile, especially since they're popular in the 64GB range. The model details are: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 BK C30 DC - (2x32GB) with a 64GB capacity and an AMD EXPO model F5-6000J3040G32TZ5NR.
You can verify the model number on the RAM to ensure it matches your motherboard's QVL (compatibility list). Even if it isn't listed, it doesn't guarantee compatibility. The F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5NR is marked as compatible, so you're good to use the linked RAM. https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-cr...vl_memory/
It seems you revisited that list recently. They must have updated it. Looks like a good time to upgrade your RAM! 😊
