Checking CPU temperature alongside data training.
Hello, I recently purchased my PC last month. The components I bought include a Gigabyte B850 Gaming X7800X3D, a 5070TI Gaming OC, an Antec flux case (non-pro), and a Patriot Viper Elite 5 DDR5 RAM with 64GB (2x32GB) at 6000MT/s CL30, 1.35v UDIMM. The power supply is an ANTEC NEO ECO 1000W GOLD. I’m using an XIGMATEK AK6 dual digital cooler.
I have two main concerns:
1 – My DRAM training sometimes lasts up to 30 minutes and I can’t boot until I restart. I enabled MCR and memory power down mode, which helped reduce the problem. However, during a Windows RAM test, it restarts again after 30 minutes, especially after a Windows update.
2 – My CPU temperature is around 43:45°C at idle, 50-65°C during gaming, and reaches 90-100% during full load (80-85°C). I haven’t adjusted anything yet because I’m not very experienced, but I’m concerned about overheating.
I also have Eco mode active at 105W and X3D turbo gaming is turned off. Since I’m from Egypt, the weather is quite hot – about 27°C in the morning. I understand these issues and hope to resolve them.

It’s best to verify you have the newest chipset driver for your motherboard, obtaining it from AMD’s support page with the latest release. After that, update the BIOS to version F6d or F5, then reset the CMOS.
Clearing the CMOS is recommended by disconnecting from power and the display, removing the battery for 30 seconds to remove any remaining charge, then reinserting it after 30 minutes.
Ideally, you should also enable AMD’s E.X.P.O in BIOS after clearing the CMOS, ensuring Fast Boot, Secure Boot and fTPM are active (not in UEWFI mode).

I have installed and updated the AMD chipset driver via Gigabyte Control Center, is that okay?

Ram in solid 2, 4?
Is it safe to use f6d? Since it's still beta before the full release of f6?
Are there other ways to clear CMOS besides removing the CMOS battery?
I'm not very experienced and don't want to get involved.
BIOS remains secure but might reject installation. Check the manual for two entries labeled Clr-Cmos or similar, briefly interrupt them to reset CMOS without changing date and time. To modify CMOS, power supply must be disconnected. Resetting via those entries is required only if you cannot reach BIOS.
Occasionally these are just internal company versions that need special procedures and are targeted at developers. Asus and Asrock handle them all the time.
