Clock speed isn't the only issue. The main factors that damage a CPU are listed below, from most to least common when trying to improve performance: 1) Voltage/LLC 2) Very high temperature with extra voltage 3) Large ongoing current draw 4) Frequent temperature changes High clock speeds increase power consumption, so monitor the current. 1.45 V is unusually high for a load voltage, particularly with substantial LLC components.

I would steer clear of it whenever possible. Try reducing the voltage and check if your OC remains steady. It’s possible you might be lucky and achieve 4.3 or 4.2 at 1.35.

In Zen 2, typically 1.3 to 1.325 is acceptable, though certain chips may support higher voltages. 1.45 is quite excessive for Zen 2.

Even a 1.35V load is quite high; going down to 1.325V is the maximum I’d consider, 1.28V marks the point where a chip starts showing degradation, and it’s only been about a year since that happened.
