I’ve set up a fresh desktop and traced the issue to what seems like the power supply. Do you know any quick test tools that work with standard PSU cables? Could you share the steps for using a multimeter on those connections? I’m still looking for guidance.

Connect the PS_ON pin to ground using a conductive item such as a paper clip or wire. Then use a multimeter to check the 12V output. Refer to the ATX12VO pinout chart for guidance. This test will confirm whether the power supply activates and supplies power. Make sure you have an ATX12VO power supply installed, or verify if it's a custom 12V unit.
