I only changed my CPU, motherboard, and RAM. Everything else seems okay. I don’t recall much about the PSU.

Unlikely, when I set up my system a few months back the RAM was the final item to arrive and it functions, at worst you can return any defective component via RMA through the manufacturer—unless it's an ASUS model, then things get tough.

I accidentally left some thermal paste on the motherboard, but I cleaned it up. Everything seems to be functioning normally now. Could anything have gone wrong?
