Recently I finished my first build and it has been working perfectly for two days. On the third day, when I turned on the computer, the CPU was running at 0.5 GHz and seemed to be struggling. I restarted the PC and the problem disappeared. I initially considered a temperature issue, but before restarting everything was fine—35 degrees during idle. Now I’m curious what might be causing this. It’s not affecting me now that it’s fixed, but could something like incorrect installation be the cause? Also, the Ryzen 5 3600 stock cooler is installed correctly. Thanks!

If it's working fine after a restart and hasn't happened again I wouldn't worry about it. Strange things happen and is why a restart is always a good first step in troubleshooting.
