At this point it seems 30fps is achievable with the low setting, though not very smooth. The engine prefers four cores but is being tuned for eight, and it's quite demanding on the CPU. I'm using 1080p low on a 4690k and 970, and my frame rate varies between 30 and 60 based on how many players are online.

I'm using an i7 4790k with a GTX 970, usually getting around 40 to 50 frames per second on the higher settings most of the time. Sometimes it drops to about 30 in intense sections. The low and very high frame rates don't seem to make much of a difference yet.

The focus is on having multiple threads rather than just four physical cores.
