My CPU and GPU aren’t pushing hard outside of artificial tasks like Cinebench or Prime95. During a gaming session, the stats show it’s not overheating, the GPU is only halfway used, and my CPU isn’t even struggling. I’d love my computer to really work its weight. I want higher FPS and no excuses for why my setup can’t handle my favorite games smoother. Is there another hidden issue I’m missing? The better performance on stronger hardware suggests the bottleneck isn’t network or server-related. Thanks for any guidance!

I'm not sure about that, but I don't have a PSU. What games are you enjoying?
You're using the PSU from Corsair and it doesn't have a frame cap. It's unclear if your performance is limited or if you're checking different stats.
I achieve better frame rates with stronger systems. I track my performance via Steam's built-in tool. On my current rig, I'm around 120fps. With an R7 5800X and RTX 3080, it climbs to about 200fps.
That's what occurs when you use stronger hardware. Is your RAM reaching its limit?
Your motherboard only works with a Gen 3 GPU, whereas your GPU is Gen 4. There might be a power limit issue. @filpo is correct—there’s an in-game option to increase FPS, but turning on VSync restricts it.
