You should be able to run GTA V on an Intel i3-3240 GTX 750 with 4GB RAM, especially if you keep the settings moderate. It may run smoothly at around 30-40 FPS, but performance could vary depending on your system configuration and game settings.

It will improve, though if you aim for higher performance and experience lag, consider adding more RAM.

It should function, but I recommend adding another 4GB of RAM, bringing the total to 8GB, which could improve performance.

You're welcome, I've tested it with similar configurations. Expected performance will match "normal" settings—draw distance, character variety, and traffic levels adjusted appropriately. Increasing textures is possible if your GPU supports it and your CPU can manage it. However, with 4GB RAM, higher texture resolutions may cause issues unless you adjust accordingly.

He used an i3-4400 processor, 4GB of RAM, and a 750GB SSD. It should work fine.

No, I'm not a girl. The title "fanboy" refers to someone who is overly enthusiastic about a particular person or thing.
