My computer crashed and I had a backup 7010. I moved it into my larger case to fit the GPU, replacing my usual 7th gen i7 7700k with an Optiplex i5 3470. I used the old SSD drive, which caused major driver mismatches but the system still boots and loads Windows. Now I can't get the new OS to recognize my 1080 display. I tried removing and disabling Intel integrated graphics, checked the BIOS settings, but nothing works. Only the monitor shows up. When I attempt to reinstall drivers, they say it can't install on this version of Windows. It reminds me that using a different CPU on an older OS might be the issue.

It uses a specific power supply unit. The PCIe power cables are connected.

I'm using a 650W power supply after replacing my old CPU RAM setup with the OptiPlex 7010 combo. The GPU is lighting up and spinning, but it doesn't recognize the GPU.
