I observed that on my 3DMark results, scores are significantly lower than usual. Compared to Windows 10, my ID is around 37-38k for the 4090 with no OC and about 17-20k on the 7950x3d also without any OC. In Windows 11, my GPU score is near 32k and CPU around 16k. I’m not focused on 3DMark, but I think these lower numbers mean reduced performance in games. Disabling core isolation seems to boost scores a lot, though still below Windows 10. This makes sense since Windows 11 is much more demanding.
