It shut down while I was using GTA V, then turned back on after about 15-20 minutes. After checking the PSU cable, I found it burned and suspect the power supply is dead. You should get a new PSU.

I just need to mention one thing. Make your PC clean. It could be that the GPU or the motherboard is also failing.
