I attempted to use the old RAM from my damaged laptop (two 4GB DDR4 2400MHz units). When I removed the old RAM, I was certain it wouldn’t have been exposed to water. After testing it on my working laptop (ASUS TUF FX504GD i5 8300H), it worked fine, but the screen didn’t display anything for about ten seconds before shutting down. I then tried using factory RAM, and everything functioned properly. It seems the issue might be related to a memory check or a faulty RAM module. Please consider waiting a bit longer before trying again. Thanks, Rickroll.
