Purchase a data package featuring enhanced upload speed. It might be possible to extend your current plan by simply increasing the upload limit; however, contacting your ISP first is advisable. Alternatively, reduce your streaming quality.

The frame rate shouldn't drop if you stick to 60fps; it should stay consistent.

Streaming performance won't be affected by lowering the frame rate. Instead, we'll employ a dedicated video encoder to handle your stream, freeing up your CPU.

You have the option to watch in 720p at 60 frames per second. Despite all the compression, the quality remains quite good.

I believe I resolved the issue. Following your instructions, it settled at 1080, then I maintained nVec, and increased it back to 60. It appears smoother now.

If you're curious, I'll stream for five minutes. Let me know if it seems like a good quality broadcast.

Request higher upload speed; possible issues may come from your codec or encoder too. Follow the usual minimum recommendation—about 4,500 to 9,000 Kbps for 1080p at 60fps. Streaming at 720p/60 is likely the safest option for you and your audience. For detailed guidance, check this YouTube help link: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2853702?hl=en
