No worries, everything is clear. Additional choices available. More is always preferable. I’m sure it’s not a significant issue.

Open Compmgmt.msc via command line, then use Device Manager from the left panel, selecting "Network adapters" on the right. If the device appears and shows no warning, verify your interface is enabled in Control Panel → Network and Internet → Network Connections (or through All Control Panel Items → Network and Sharing Center). If a Windows update removed the drivers, I’d expect it and keep the manufacturer’s driver package available.

I believe the command you ran doesn't give a clear picture. It might help to execute it in an admin console. If the interface appears, try renewing again with /renew. You could also open the status window, check the box next to "IPV4", double-click that entry, and share the dialog here.

I set up a previous version of the driver and attempted to reinstall the newest one. The connection remains active, the interface works, and DHCP is functional, yet requests continue to fail.

It's currently using the newest version. After revisiting older drivers, it still didn't function properly, so I switched back to the latest ones. The pictures I shared are from the newest driver.
