DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN: This means the attempt to resolve the host name with DNS resulted in a " N on-e X istent Domain " response. So yes, it's a DNS issue. Either the host name truly doesn't exist (or you made a typo), or the DNS server you're using doesn't know it (or its being blocked for some reason). You can do this on the command line to check the host name: nslookup youtube.jp To check the host name with a different DNS server (e.g. Google's) you can do this: nslookup youtube.jp 8.8.8.8
