Check your system settings to see the actual RAM configuration. Your current setup shows a higher speed than the XMP value, so it's likely running at 2400 MHz manually. For performance, you might want to compare both profiles using Intel QuickSync and decide which works better for your games. You can also keep an eye on your Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB stick when it arrives.

initial setup would focus on acquiring another matching 8GB memory module (not sure about current HyperX bundling options, so performance might vary), dual-channel configuration is essential for optimal results. Excited you're planning it in two weeks! Both options offer comparable latency, with the 2133C14 slightly ahead. However, your RAM overclocking seems quite cautious given the stable shipped XMP settings. You’ll likely be able to push more performance.

Absolutely, that's a good enhancement. I've tested Prime95 on both configurations and found it reliable. It's recommended to keep the XMP settings enabled for optimal performance.

Consider boosting the RAM further if you need more stability. The time you spend power cycling and using MemTest86 is a good way to check performance.

Thanks for the assistance, but I'd prefer to try it out if it functions correctly.

It could be more affordable to purchase a 16 GB bundle instead of buying identical RAM sticks individually... just a consideration.

For memory stability checks, y-cruncher completes quickly yet accurately identifies issues (like blender for CPU tests). It even spotted problems that other tools missed. Buildzoid’s videos are too long to review, making it hard to confirm his claims.

That's an interesting development. The TPU memtest64 is another tool for memory testing.
