That's typical behavior. The 7800X3D consumes relatively little power, so 80W is usually the maximum you'll notice. Avoid using HWMonitor for sensor readings—it often shows inaccurate data on newer systems, particularly with Ryzen processors. Opt for HWInfo instead.
