None of the parts show any visible issues, and I believe I installed everything properly. However, there’s no display output and the motherboard’s RAM LEDs indicate a problem. I recall using a different CPU on another system with the same motherboard, DDR4 RAM, and PSU—it also failed (no display, unclear error code). Could both motherboards have incorrect error codes, or is the issue with the CPU? Or perhaps the power supply? Thanks for your assistance ahead.

I’m certain the memory in the older system functions properly; I’ve got it in my current desktop setup.
