I just got the Win 10 LTSC 2019 ISO file and I need some advice on making sure it’s safe and intact. I want to avoid any malware or corruption. Could someone check its integrity and give me tips for using it securely?

Did you receive it through official Microsoft sources? Likely acceptable. If you’ve already installed it, it’s a bit too late to verify the file integrity. **EDIT** This might provide additional clarity. https://security.stackexchange.com/quest...gp-sha-etc

I didn't understand from Microsoft, but the hash is real. I just needed LTSC since my laptop struggles with Windows 10 Pro and Home. LTSC felt like the best choice (I didn’t want to go back to 7 because of EOL and I don’t like Linux). I was curious if the ISO contains any keylogger or trojan stuff.

You're wondering why LTSC stands out compared to standard versions. If the updates aren't your concern, it's still the same operating system overall. However, you do miss out on certain features and require an enterprise license.

Usually, performance issues after installing a new OS stem from missing drivers such as the SATA controller or chipset drivers. Make sure all required drivers are installed; if you can't locate Windows 10 drivers on the manufacturer's site, you might try using Windows 7 versions instead. If the problem persists and drivers are installed correctly, consider upgrading the system. For hard drives, an SSD will significantly improve performance. If RAM is insufficient (e.g., only 2GB), increasing it to 4 or 8GB can help.
