Interested in similar games? CSGO and Dota are great choices, and there are many others like that. I’m not familiar with the latest big-name titles.

Steam is usually the top choice. They frequently specify needs for the titles as well. It's a reliable option for Command & Conquer and the Red Alert series.

On Windows 10 most of the online games work smoothly even with basic hardware such as dual-core and an HD4000. Examples include World of Tanks Blitz (online) and Asphalt 8/Asphalt Extreme.
