I experience hiccups during games and have tried everything to identify the cause, yet I still can't resolve it. It might be related to the voltage on my CPU affecting performance, but I need someone to confirm.

When BIOS is set to default, voltage shouldn't be a concern. I believe Ryzen can manage up to 1.45V with proper cooling.

It's just me, I'm not sure what's behind these issues anymore. I've been trying for a while without any success.

Which game are we discussing? Certain titles consistently experience lag regardless of system specs. Have you already attempted any troubleshooting methods?

Performance at 1.5v for my 5800X is smooth and stable.

For instance the cold war era. I attempted cyberpunk but it barely functioned. I tried reinstalling Windows or removing the CPU OC, and now I run it at 3.6GHz with a lower clock speed. I switched to an 1660 Ti instead of the 2080 Super. I installed most drivers, cleaned the PC, replaced memory, and checked temperatures—everything seems fine and so on.
