Hello, your recent upgrade to the Asus B550-F with a Ryzen 3700X and an ASUS 3070 GPU looks good. The BIOS readings show the voltage values are within acceptable ranges.

Voltage converters never reach perfect accuracy. Wall plugs also don't deliver precise 120v or 240v outputs. Therefore, ATX specifications include tolerance ranges. The 3.3v line varies from 3.135v to 3.465v. The 5v line spans 4.75v to 5.25v. The rare -5v line drops between -5.5v and -4.5v. The 12v line fluctuates from 11.4v to 12.6v. The -12v line ranges from -13.2v to -10.8v. Your measured value of 11.98v falls comfortably within 11.4 to 12.6. I wonder if you've adjusted voltages beyond the standard range. A stock voltage of 1.4v might seem excessive.

Great question! Since you didn’t overclock and it’s built-in, there’s usually no need to worry. You can check your system settings or consult the manufacturer’s guidelines for any recommended adjustments. If unsure, a safe approach is to stick with the default configuration.

3.3v and 3.4v work fine. Slightly higher is preferable than lower, and it should stay stable. 12v and 5v are trackable via HWInfo64, and you can use a multimeter on a spare PCIe port.
