I recently increased my RAM overclocking to 3733-14-14-15-14 and observed tREFI being very high. I looked into what it means and learned it affects latency and performance significantly. I’m curious if adjusting tREFI is necessary, or if there are guidelines on optimal values. Could I tweak tREFI without changing other settings? Should I lower any timings and raise tREFI for better speed? Also, how does this influence heat generation? What temperature range is ideal for RAM? Does this setting significantly affect overall temperature?

The REFERENCE isn't crucial. Aim for the best possible value. 14553 is quite low; target 60,000+ or higher if stability permits.
