You're looking to optimize your system for gaming at 1440p with 60Hz. Consider setting the CPU to a balanced default frequency, around 3.5-4.0GHz, and the GPU to match the cooler's capabilities—typically 1.8-2.0GHz for Hyper 212 EVO. Avoid aggressive overclocking unless you're comfortable with stability risks. Stick to manufacturer recommendations unless you're experienced with tuning.

Sure, I can adjust that. Expecting around 1440p quality, possibly a bit higher, and you'll be using Ultra at 1080p while keeping the original settings. Motion blur is included—credit goes to whoever created it.

Probably not set to maximum performance. Still, I think the game will include intense post-processing effects—similar to what you see in Witcher 2—that could strain most high-end systems. If you experiment with the adjustments, you might achieve around 60 FPS with medium to high configurations. However, we won’t know for sure until the release date. The Witcher titles have historically been less optimized at launch, but the delay likely improved their performance this time.
