Sorry everyone for the post, I'm new here and hope I'm in the right place. The issue is that during my gaming sessions, every 30 minutes a freeze occurs for less than a second, and then everything resumes normally. I'm not sure what causes this brief stutter. My setup includes: RTX 2080 Zotac, Ryzen 5 3600, 16 GB RAM at 3200MHz, 650W PSU with Bronze case, B450 ASUS Prime, and no OC.

Check Reliability History/Monitor for any error codes, alerts, or messages near the time of freezes. Also examine Task Scheduler for configurations that activate every 30 minutes. If needed, use Event Viewer for a more detailed analysis, though it may take longer and require more effort to interpret.
