It's still 200W TDP, correct? (Assuming Google is accurate). Sure, the D15 offers better performance, but not significantly so. These low-power CPUs usually handle cooling well—just open a window in extreme cases! That airflow really helps, especially when it's freezing outside.

D15 likely refers to a 220-watt cooler. When it was first released, CPUs lacked the thermal capacity they have now, so running a Westmere at 300 watts could work with strong air cooling, but achieving that today is quite challenging.
