Hey, the new Logitech G502 isn’t showing up in the task bar like it should. Since you already have your keyboard software set up, try checking the mouse settings in the software or look for any hidden menus. If it still doesn’t appear, let me know and we can troubleshoot further!

Disconnect the power source. My friend encountered problems with the BlackWidow 14 edition and a G502.

Ensure no old mouse drivers are present. If needed, remove them, restart the system, reinstall the driver, and restart again. Try saving your keyboard settings within the application.
