Does your system include igfxCPL.cpl in the system32 directory? This file is a tool for Intel iGPU drivers that previously caused my search engine to crash on Windows 10, but removing it and restarting fixed the problem without affecting the graphics card performance.

You should consider a fresh installation of Windows if you need to remove these files completely.

I successfully implemented the solution by adjusting my approach. Initially, I enabled administrator privileges on a new ADMINISTRATOR account without using a Microsoft account. After logging out from the old account and switching to the new one, I accessed the installation directory for Windows, changed the file name of UsrClass.dat to UsrClass.dat.old, and restored access. This method may not be straightforward, but it resolved the issue for me. I hope this helps those looking for a solution.
