Hello! With the RTX 50 series and RX 8000 cards coming out, you're thinking about upgrading your graphics card. Right now you're using a Ryzen 5 5600X, and you're worried it might slow things down when playing at 1440P resolution. You've already faced some CPU limitations in games like CS2 and S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2, so you're weighing the pros and cons. Your budget is tight, which makes you consider the 5700X3D as an option. Since it uses AM4, you're concerned about potential performance drops, especially with higher-end GPUs. You're curious whether a CPU upgrade would make sense alongside these new graphics, and if so, whether the 5700X3D would be enough or if you'd need to invest in newer components like DDR5 RAM and an upgraded motherboard. Thanks for helping!

The 5700x3d should likely suffice for a decent next-gen GPU as it won’t cause a bottleneck when paired with a 4090 at 1440p.
