You have a deactivated Windows 10 installation. To get a genuine copy, you can purchase one through the Microsoft Store. However, the store no longer lists it, and the page for it has disappeared. I recall it being available when I built my PC in May, so it seems the availability changed over time.
You can also purchase keys from various sellers. The cost remains similar, possibly even lower than from MS due to bulk buying by legitimate stores. Is it too expensive? Spending $60 on a 10-hour game feels excessive. Paying £120 for something you use regularly over the next few years is quite affordable.
