Their technician suggested the motherboard might be the problem, despite no visible damage. They used a different model (1070 Ti) and found the issue was related to BIOS or CMOS restarting repeatedly. After replacing the motherboard and CPU, the system booted normally and I accessed the BIOS screen successfully. Could anyone clarify what’s wrong with your old motherboard?
