Sure, could you attempt to power on the motherboard with the fans and PSU already installed? Everything else is still pending, but I’m worried about inpatient syndrome. Would the fans start up and then shut off? Thanks!

I can't ensure it will begin without a CPU. It's possible, but I wouldn't attempt it. If you have a CPU, you might try, though you'd need to stop it right away since the CPU could overheat and get harmed.
