The PC had been off for a half month. I checked the RGB lights and noticed they were flickering. The CPU fan is linked to the motherboard's ARGB header. When I removed the motherboard's RGB heater and used an external controller, it stopped vibrating. Someone could help with this issue. Asus tuf gaming b660m-E D4 Using aura Syne.
