Check the monitors for power issues but they fail to restart.
The computer is still working and the fans are running. Touching the mouse or pressing the keyboard has no effect. I need to restart it by pressing the power button on the tower. Any advice? I also got a BSOD today but don’t know how to interpret the DMP file.
When has this started? Was it before or after the BSOD occurred?
