I’d also have mentioned there’s an issue with the AiO. It could stem from several factors—perhaps the fins are blocked by unknown debris, the pump might be malfunctioning, or over time some liquid has leaked away, leaving the pump without proper water flow (you’d likely notice the pump acting strangely).

I took out the plastic wrap. The paste worked perfectly. I checked the edges and there was no spillage. The temperature is currently around 90°C. What should I do next? Also, did you mean to install spacers?
Sure, just place your hand near it and feel the vibrations. You should be able to sense the humming coming from the tubes on the air cooler.
I don't believe any decent thermal paste application caused this problem. I suspect a deviation of up to half of a proper paste job should resolve it. The likely cause is an air bubble trapped in the pump. To fix it, remove the pump and radiator completely, then shake the pump roughly while keeping the radiator elevated. Aim to lift the bubbles upward and away from the pump into the radiator. Ideally, position the bubble space as far from the pump as possible. When reinstalling, keep the radiator tubes down so liquid enters and exits from the bottom, reducing the chance air bubbles trapped at the top return. This step is less critical since I've used several radiators with top-entering tubes recently due to short tube lengths, and the main issue remains moving the entire assembly rather than random handling.
