Check the Event Viewer for system shutdown events. Look under Windows Logs > System and Security. If the PC was abruptly stopped, you should see an error or shutdown record.

Launch eventvwr.msc, select Filter Current Log, choose all event IDs, look for unexpected shutdowns related to user shutdowns. Then go back to eventvwr.msc, filter current log, view event sources like USER32 with all event IDs, and click OK.
