Check the CPU and DRAM indicators on your system.
Today I assembled my initial computer: RAM: OLOy 2 8gb sticks, Motherboard: b450m bazooka, Max WiFi CPU: amd ryzen 3 3100. After booting it up, the debug lights for CPU and DRAM are both solid white. I disassembled the PC, verified the CPU and all cable connections, then reassembled it. The lights still stay on—what should I do?
Check if your CPU works with your current BIOS. Visit a nearby PC repair shop that uses older chips like the 2600X and ask them to upgrade the BIOS for you.
You can obtain a loan CPU from AMD that must be returned within 10 days. It should allow you to refresh the BIOS. You're also welcome to retain the cooler included with the device. https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-100
