La system started at -0.1v and PBO is disabled. Speed improved by 1-2%. Core frequency ranges from 1.39 to 1.4v during idle, 1.25 to 1.27v under load, with a max temperature of 75°C using an air cooler.
I would enable PBO when the maximum temperature reaches 75. It clearly offers enough thermal margin to allow further adjustments.
CPU Tctl/Tdie shows your real temperature in HWInfo64, and is the most important to watch. Core voltage is the actual voltage for each core and should also be tracked.
I created this setup eight months ago and chose to clean and reapply thermal paste. When I removed the cooler, it didn’t spread evenly on the surface. After reapplying everything with default settings, voltage set to -0.1V and PBO enabled. I ran it with Prime95; previously, temperatures were too high. Once I forgot it for 40 minutes, the CPU spiked to 100% in Task Manager. I turned it off afterward. The highest temperature recorded was 80°C on the CPUID test, and all cores hit 4300V.
