Check system logs or performance tools for throttling warnings.
Check your system's temperatures and performance metrics. Look for spikes in CPU or GPU usage that coincide with high temperatures, which may indicate thermal throttling.
doesn't track temperatures precisely, particularly with Ryzen; HWInfo or Ryzen Master are better for accurate Ryzen monitoring. If it reaches 85/90°C it should begin throttling. Keep an eye on temperatures and clock speeds during a stress test such as Cinebench R20 or your regular tasks, and if it hits 90/85°C it should also start throttling.
If it doesn't reach those temperatures I'm okay and I got a 3532 on Cinebench.
