Your performance will likely stay close to 80 unless you push it further. Running Cinebench R20 with a Ryzen 5 3600 should give you a solid score.

Prime95 tends to trigger thermal throttling in most configurations. It doesn't accurately mimic real-world conditions. Check the game while HWMonitor is active. Once you've played for a while, examine the peak CPU temperatures.

doesn't track temperatures precisely, particularly with Ryzen; HWInfo or Ryzen Master are better for accurate Ryzen monitoring. If it reaches 85/90°C it should begin throttling. Keep an eye on temperatures and clock speeds during a stress test such as Cinebench R20 or your regular tasks, and if it hits 90/85°C it should also start throttling.
