I'm from Romania. The price is around 33 USD. It could go a bit higher, but not much. For storage, I'd suggest something that maximizes your setup since your hardware isn't the fastest—12100f, rx580 and 16GB DDR4 3200. I plan to upgrade the CPU and GPU later, maybe add more RAM.
