Thanks for your assistance everyone. It seems I discovered the issue. Before copying the entire ENBSeries binaries into the Skyrim folder, I followed the instructions more closely and only needed to copy two files. The outcome when installed properly is what you're seeing now. Thanks for all the feedback! I plan to continue using PureVision for a while but will consider your other suggestions later.

I understand you've already secured an ENB and everything is sorted. I highly suggest checking out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NeIz6evkQuQ. It's impressive and realistic—great for adding torches in the dark, and it pairs nicely with other mods. You can share photos of your setup when you're home.
