Windows 10 displays RAM speed as 2400MHz while it's actually operating at 3600MHz due to XMP settings. Someone knows how to resolve this issue.

The issue might be limited to Task Manager displaying the slower speed. A tool such as HWiNFO can verify if the actual CPU usage matches the reported frequency.

Not a certainty, but update your Windows. The speed varies by version—some show exact rates like 3600, others display half-speed. Your current setting (2400) is likely the standard, though.

I ran cpuz and got a result around 3596 (or near that value).
